Michele holds a B.S. in Journalism, Photography and Biology and a M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from the University of Cincinnati. In 2017, she was named a Cincinnati Business Courier's Forty Under 40 Award Winner for her outstanding contributions to the business community.
